The content indexed by Moviebay consists of links to files hosted on external servers. We do not host any videos or digital files ourselves. The inclusion of links does not imply endorsement or authorization. Under copyright laws, indexing and linking to public content may fall under fair use or safe harbor rules, but any infringement complaints must be submitted to the actual file host. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to external links complies with local laws.
9. Modifications to Terms
